Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to managed services.

Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within client environments.

Ability to analyze security incidents and implement effective response measures.

Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to align security objectives and operational goals.

Competence in managing security tools and technologies to support service delivery.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
