The role acts as a bridge between internal teams and agencies while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of research methodologies

Experience with Power BI and data visualization

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Project management and prioritization skills

Degree in statistics, economics, business, or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support research project setup, proposal and questionnaire finalization, LEX approval, agency coordination, and results delivery

Synthesize primary and secondary research to generate insights on category, brand performance, and purchase drivers

Prepare reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions

Perform data mining, processing, cleansing, and validation

Ensure dashboards and trackers are updated accurately and timely

Perform quality checks on agency data before business release

Support manager in data collation, reporting, and project management
