Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your role requires utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.

Experience with network security protocols and best practices.

Strong understanding of application configuration and management.

Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management.

Knowledge of API integration and low-code development platforms.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
