Summary:
As a Security Team Lead, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering a secure and resilient cloud environment.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and best practices.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: SAP IAG or SAP GRC Access Control

Experience supporting SAP systems in production environment
SAP authorization concepts

Role design and remediation

Identity lifecycle management

Experience supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.

Exposure to SAP on cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Security, SAP Identity and Access Management.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Transformation.

Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture design.

Experience in documenting and implementing security controls within cloud environments.

Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud security contexts.

1.Bachelors and above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering / Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience (Full time).

The candidate should have minimum 7+ years in Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, least privilege, and governance SAP CIS

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
