Job Description
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR), data standards (HL7/FHIR), and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications (A-CSM, CSP-SM, SAFe SPC).
- Experience with healthcare domain.
