Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework and continuous improvement.
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, release readiness and delivery metrics.
- Remove delivery impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy prioritized backlog.
- Coordinate Engineering, QA, Product, Architecture and Business stakeholders.
- Publish Jira dashboards and management reports.
- Drive retrospective action items and delivery excellence.
