Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.

• Identify risks and dependencies across projects, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions in software development and testing cycles.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational processes within software services and testing environments.
• Support stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on project status, deliverables, and performance metrics.
