Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing transportation and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end SAP TM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Configure and support SAP TM functionalities including:
- Freight Unit & Freight Order Management
- Transportation Planning & Optimization
- Carrier Selection & Tendering
- Charge Management & Freight Settlement
- Transportation Cockpit
- Freight Booking Management
- Configure Transportation Master Data:
- Business Partners
- Locations
- Transportation Zones
- Transportation Lanes
- Resources & Carriers
- Design and maintain FUBR (Freight Unit Building Rules), Selection Profiles, and Planning Profiles.
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, and FI/CO.
- Support transportation execution, freight tracking, and shipment monitoring.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of SAP TM experience.
- At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA TM Implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Freight Units (FU)
- Freight Orders (FO)
- Freight Bookings
- Transportation Planning
- Freight Settlement
- Charge Management
- Tendering
- Transportation Cockpit
- FUBR
- Planning Profiles & Selection Profiles
- Experience with transportation master data configuration.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI/CO.
- Experience in testing, cutover, and go-live support.
