- In depth knowledge of Sucess factor Employee Central Payroll Understanding payroll regulations.
- Good to Have: Knowledge in other SAP modules like Time management and Cloud platform Integration.
- Deep understanding of EC module and integration Good to Have
- The candidate will be responsible for leading remote design workshops with the countries, including requirements verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and be able to write user stories.
