Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Location: Gurugram (5 Days Work from Office)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong SAP background and proven expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects including implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage project deliverables, change requests, and go-live activities.
• Mentor project teams and ensure effective collaboration across multiple SAP modules.

Key Skills Required

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Experience managing SAP Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade, and Support projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams.
• Excellent stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
• Strong risk management, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
