Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Enterprise Package Application Services Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion lifecycle: discovery planning build testing cutover Hypercare stabilization.Own program governance: scope, budget, schedule, RAID, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting.Manage SAP Activate across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run.Facilitate cross functional governance forums and risk/escalation trajectories. Additional Responsibilities: Technical and Professional Requirements: 12+ years of SAP program/project management experienceAt least one end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield conversion delivered in a global environment.Demonstrated expertise in multi-workstream coordination across core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM; EWM/TM and MDG preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred - PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM/SAFe, or SAP Activate Project Manager certification Preferred Skills: Foundational->Project Management->Project Management
