As an SAP CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions to meet the customer relationship management needs of the organization
This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring SAP CRM modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize CRM processes

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
- Understand business processes related to sales, marketing, and service management.
SAP CRM Implementation:
- Configure SAP CRM modules based on business requirements.
- Customize CRM functionalities to align with organizational processes.
Sales and Marketing Integration:
- Implement and optimize SAP CRM Sales and Marketing modules.
