Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
- • Configure SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- • Customize business processes such as lead-to-order, opportunity management, service requests, and complaints.
- • Work with ABAP and technical teams to support enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- • Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.
- • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- • Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM modules.
- • Experience with CRM middleware, integration with ECC/S4HANA
- . • Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- • Familiarity with Web UI configuration and CRM workflows.
- • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP CRM • SAP Sales or Service Cloud certification • Relevant SAP functional certifications
