Salesforces Developer Order-to-Cash (OTC) and CPQ

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce applications that streamline sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect and implement Salesforce OTC and CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Customization: Develop custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and SMEs to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployments across environments.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and OTC processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Solid understanding of sales operations, quoting, pricing, and order management workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
