Hiring for Salesforce Developer - Hyderabad Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with third-party systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Implement and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
- Deploy metadata using change sets, ANT, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or optimizations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
