Job Description
About Position:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, API integration, REST/SOQL/SOSL development, CI/CD tools, and Salesforce best practices. This role will support Salesforce development, configuration, documentation, testing, and release activities across Agile delivery teams.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop and document code according to specifications and Salesforce standards.
- Configure and develop Salesforce applications, reports, dashboards, list views, workflow rules, approval processes, email templates, and page layouts.
- Work on Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, API integration, REST/SOQL/SOSL, and integration mechanics.
- Prepare test data, conduct unit testing, support QA testing, and assist with defect resolution.
- Contribute to deployment documentation, release planning, Agile/Scrum delivery, and project communication.
- Support module ownership across estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release planning.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 2 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, REST/SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Jenkins and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices, governor limits, reports, dashboards, custom fields, custom objects, record types, and integration mechanics.
- Experience with unit testing, QA support, deployment documentation, release planning, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
