Salesforce Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, API integration, REST/SOQL/SOSL development, CI/CD tools, and Salesforce best practices. This role is suitable for an early-career developer who can support Salesforce development, configuration, testing, documentation, and release activities under project guidance.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop and document code according to specifications and Salesforce standards.
• Configure and develop Salesforce applications, reports, dashboards, list views, workflow rules, approval processes, email templates, and page layouts.
• Work on Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, APIs, REST/SOQL/SOSL, and integration mechanics.
• Prepare test data, perform unit testing, support QA testing, and assist with defect resolution.
• Contribute to deployment documentation, release planning, technical documentation, and project communication.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Less than 2 years of Salesforce development experience or relevant Salesforce project exposure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, and API integration concepts.
• Understanding of Salesforce coding best practices, governor limits, reports, dashboards, custom fields, custom objects, and record types.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD tools such as Copado or Jenkins, and source control practices.
• Strong learning mindset, communication skills, documentation discipline, and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
