Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in
designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have
strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional
teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business
requirements.
- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with external applications.
- Build scalable and reusable components following Salesforce development best practices.
- Configure Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Process Automation.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance and maintain system reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
Required Skills
- 4-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and
Scheduled Apex.
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Good knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment tools (SFDX, Change Sets, Copado,
Gearset, or AutoRABIT).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is an advantage.
- Experience with Einstein AI or Agentforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica is preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps practices.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Good to Have)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce App Builder Certification.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
