Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, Generative AI, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered Salesforce solutions that drive automation, intelligence, and business value across the ASA platform.
The role requires a strong Salesforce development foundation combined with hands-on experience in Agentforce, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise application integration. This role will collaborate closely with AI engineers to build intelligent, production-grade Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- Build and deploy AI-powered conversational agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Configure Agent Topics, Instructions, and Actions using Apex and Flow.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, AI services, APIs, and business workflows.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions leveraging Data Cloud and Einstein Trust Layer.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce Platform
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform.
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Agentforce & AI
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including at least one production implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Foundations, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein Trust Layer.
- Experience building intelligent conversational AI agents and configuring Agent Topics, Instructions, and Actions.
Generative AI
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, embeddings/vector search, and AI guardrails.
- Experience integrating enterprise AI services with Salesforce applications.
Integration & Development
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
