Job Description
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce only.
- Must have hands on experience of Service Cloud, Service Cloud with atleast 1 project implementations in each of these clouds end to end.
- Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST SOAP APIs, Governor limits, GIT repositories, SSO, OAuth 2.0 integrations.
- Should have experience of standard Salesforce OOB and customization experience, unit testing, peer revises, best coding practices
- Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and should be well updated with recent feature released.
- Exposure to retail and consumer goods domain is nice to have
- Service Cloud, Sales Cloud certifications are must to have
