Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SFDC Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce platform tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development & Customization:
  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Implement custom workflows, triggers, and business logic to automate processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Design and build responsive and intuitive Salesforce UI/UX using Lightning components.
• Integration & API:
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Salesforce Best Practices:
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Management:
  • Manage Salesforce data, including data migration, validation, and cleansing.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights for stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Analyze and debug existing custom solutions and propose enhancements where needed.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Salesforce Development: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder certification is a plus.
• Integration Experience: Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize Salesforce solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira for project management.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield and data security features.
