Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Promoter to join our team in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Develop strategic plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.
- Prospect for potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Job Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi.
- Comfortable using MS Office for document management and reporting.
- Previous work experience in sales and marketing or the home decor industry is preferred.
- Graduation and above required.
- Skills in client relationship management and target industry flexibility are essential.
