Job Purpose:

Acquire, grow salaried, self-employed, professional loan segments

Meet prime market business targets, productivity

Generate business via branches, open market, DSAs

 

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve DSA, Branch, HBL targets

Identify sourcing avenues for products, segments

Monitor, review channel, FOS, branch progress

Report daily affairs, developments to supervisors

Ensure FOS, channel productivity benchmarks

Provide product, process training to FOS, channels

Handhold new FOS, channels for productivity

Create product awareness via training, activities

Ensure visibility with promotional materials

Update leads in CRM timely

Visit branches, update Cogent for presence

Connect with customers, seek feedback, update CRM

Visit DSAs, verify TRAI, review files, audit processes

Cross-sell all bank products

Hire, train, nurture sourcing channels

 

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation

Post-Graduation

Experience Required:

3-4 years minimum

Banking exposure preferable

Sales working experience
