Job Description
- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, ERP, and quality control departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Assist management and senior merchandisers with daily tasks.
- Manage orders by collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to expedite processes as per instructions from senior merchandisers.
- Convert leads into orders, provide costing to buyers, handle sampling, and manage orders as advised by management.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments by providing full assistance to merchandisers/senior merchandisers on uniform orders.
- Proactively identify and address potential delays in shipment, production, or sourcing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
