Role & responsibilities
- Sales Management
Lead the sales team in Maharashtra and ensure robust implementation of Daily Work Management (DWM)
Drive Agri sales (Primary as well as Secondary) for the assigned territory (Maharashtra)
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute market penetration strategies
- Channel & Customer Engagement
Ensure width and depth of distribution at secondary level
Strengthen dealer and electrician network to drive end-customer demand
Collaborate with channel partners for business growth initiatives
Ensure effective coverage and engagement across key markets
- Market Development
Plan and execute Annual Sales Promotion (ASP) activities based on market needs
Identify new opportunities within the agriculture segment
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
