Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in bancassurance, general insurance, health insurance, life insurance products.
• Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies to increase revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to optimize sales processes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in banca sales or related field (e.g., bancassurance).
• Strong understanding of various types of insurance products including general insurance, health insurance, life insurance etc. .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
