Job Description - Direct Distribution Frontline Sales
Band- 1
CTC - Up to 3.5 lakh rupees
JOB SUMMARY
Promoting and Selling Life insurance products directly to customers, identifying client needs, building client relationships and meeting Sales targets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • - Lead Generation- Identify and Prospect new clients through networking, referrals or cold calling.
  • - Directly promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients.
  • - Assess client needs and financial goals to recommend the most suitable insurance products as per customer need analysis and ensure right product positioning with customer.
  • - Build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients for retention and customer satisfaction.
  • - Meet or Exceed sales targets and performance metrics and achieve new business productivity Renewal Targets.
  • - Handle client inquiries and provide customer service throughout the sales process.
  • - To manage all the operations of processing application, Forms, and Policy documentation and collaborate with operations team for timely issuance of policy.
  • - Maintain up to date knowledge of all insurance products and company regulations.
  • - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings and regulatory updates.
  • - Ensure to report DSR via company's sales report management system.
  • - Handle policy renewals and other administrative tasks related to policies to provide excellent customer service to the existing and new clients.
  • - Ensure quality follow up on assigned leads to ensure timely closure and update status on assigned leads.
  • - Adhere to compliance procedural obligations as per company laid out norms.
  • - Take active interest in self-development needs and participate in technical, product and skills training and keep abreast of product and service developments
  • - Meet customers to resolve issues or queries proactively
  • - Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • - Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Good communication skills - English regional language (mandatory)
  • Age group: 25-38 years
  • Min 2 years of Sales experience
  • Preferably has own conveyance
  • Previous Sales experience of BFSI industry is preferred
