Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the service provider industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A graduate degree is required; any postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
• Must have a vehicle and good territorial knowledge of the Punjab region.
• Should be able to contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Target industry knowledge is preferred.
