Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of marketing and at least 5 to 6 years of experience in a good company, preferably in food product line or frozen line, FMCG.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Familiarity with target industry norms and TA/DA policies.
