Role Overview
The Associate / Senior Associate NBD (Cross Sales) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding wallet share through selling the full suite of logistics and supply chain services including LTL, FTL, cross border, 3PL, etc. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of logistics solutions, and the ability to build strategic relationships across industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Prospect and approach potential clients for domestic services.
• Sales Management: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and account management.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
• Pricing & Quotation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions to clients.
• Coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth express movement and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in field sales (corporate, retail, franchise, international sales, etc)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
