Position: Safety Lead
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / PDIS (Odisha Board)
Experience: 10 12 Years in Industrial Safety / OHS roles
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function
Ensure compliance with statutory safety standards and company HSE policies
Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments & safety trainings
Monitor work permits, LOTO, PPE compliance & hazard management
Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective actions
Develop and implement site safety plans, SOPs & emergency procedures
Coordinate with operations, maintenance & contractor teams on HSE matters
Maintain MIS reports, safety records & documentation for audits
