• Product Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
• Display jewelry merchandise attractively, ensuring proper placement, lighting, and signage
• Keep display cases clean and well-maintained to showcase the beauty and quality of the jewelry
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Assist with inventory counts, stock transfers, and merchandise returns
• Ensure accurate tracking of jewelry items and maintain proper documentation of sales transactions
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
