In 2019, the World Health Organization declared burnout an occupational phenomenon in the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (Source: WHO). The Resiliency Program addresses this worrying reality by leveraging technology to measure and reduce Burnout Syndrome through nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes and mindfulness training, as we believe and promote “A Resilient Workforce is a Productive Workforce”
