Job Description
Minimum 6-7 years working experience in Social and Development Communication Research & Evaluation of policy and programme on issues related to public health, mother and child health, food and nutrition, WASH, among others.
Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Sciences or other relevant degree.

Roles and Responsibilities The incumbent with analytical bent of mind and having research experience with excellent report writing skills need apply only. Preference will be given to candidates who have been part of team to conduct primary data, both qualitative and quantitative, based social research and evaluation assignments.
The details of the responsibilities include:
- Conducting desk research, qualitative and quantitative field research.
- Develop research Tools/Analysis Plan
- Participate in orientation of field team in Delhi or outside Delhi
- Outstation Field visits to oversee the data collection, as and when required
- Interact with concerned officials and at state/district and national level, if required.
- Conduct Field survey
- Assist in data analysis (both Qualitative and Quantitative) .
- Write reports. prepare PPTs
- As a team member participate in organizational events and workshops
Essentials Skills:
In particular, the candidates should have:
- Minimum 6-7 years working experience
- Excellent report writing skills and have handled social research projects from beginning to end.
- Well organized and an excellent coordinator.
- Ability to manage ones own time and the time of others.
- Independent, innovative and proactive, and at the same time, a team player .
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in written and oral English language.
Compensation would be as per the industry preference and commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history of the selected candidate.
