We are hiring for R&D Officer/ Executive
Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a cotton spinning mill environment.
Core Skills: Strong knowledge of spinning machinery, statistical data analysis, and yarn testing instruments
New Product Development: Conduct pilot trials for new cotton yarn counts, compact yarns, slub, siro, or blended yarns based on customer and market needs.
Process Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune machine parameters from the blowroom to the ring frame to reduce waste and end breakage.
Quality Control: Track and analyze key yarn metrics including CSP, CV%, U%, IPI, and hairiness to ensure consistency.
Raw Material Testing: Evaluate different cotton mixings and fiber properties to optimize cost without losing quality.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate trials closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams
