Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or Material Science

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve waterproofing products, construction chemicals, tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, coatings, and repair compounds.
• Conduct laboratory testing, raw material evaluation, formulation development, and product trials.
• Perform product benchmarking, stability testing, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Sales, and Technical teams for product implementation and troubleshooting.
• Work on cost optimization through alternative raw materials and formulation improvements.
• Prepare technical documents such as TDS, SOP, MSDS, and testing reports.
• Support pilot batches, plant trials, and on-site application testing.
• Ensure compliance with IS/ASTM/EN standards and safety guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions related to waterproofing and construction chemical products.
• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, PU/Epoxy coatings, sealants, adhesives, and construction chemicals.
• Hands-on experience in formulation development and testing.
• Knowledge of cement chemistry, polymers, admixtures, and waterproofing materials.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing methods.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
