Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert digital leads into sales.
- Acquire new customers through leads, references, and market sourcing.
- Conduct customer need analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve sales targets on business and policy count.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and provide post-sales support.
- Maintain customer engagement and portfolio servicing.
- Update Lead Management System (LMS) and submit timely MIS reports.
