Relationship Manager

Position: Relationship Associate
Channel: Axis Bancassurance
Location: Multiple Locations
CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA
Age Criteria: Up to 32 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank branch staff and customers.
• Generate life insurance business through the assigned Axis Bank branches.
• Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and assist in policy closures.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with bank stakeholders to drive insurance business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales.
• Age: Up to 32 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and financial services.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Banking, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NBFC, Mutual Funds, or other BFSI segments.
• Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-centric approach.

Salary: Up to 4.0 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
