Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance products to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
