Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, focusing on bancassurance products such as life insurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers through direct channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and ability to sell them effectively through various distribution channels (direct).
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and achieving business growth goals.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
