Regional Visual Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies as per brand guidelines and store requirements.
• Ensure attractive and effective product displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Set up window displays, in-store displays, product presentations, and promotional fixtures.
• Maintain proper product placement, colour coordination, and visual standards across the store.
• Regularly monitor and maintain VM standards across assigned stores.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Retail teams for effective implementation of VM guidelines.
• Ensure new collections, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal displays are executed on time.
• Conduct regular store visits and identify opportunities for improving visual presentation.
• Track competitor displays and market trends to bring fresh and innovative VM ideas.
• Ensure proper use of signage, props, fixtures, mannequins, and other VM materials.
• Support the business in creating displays that improve customer engagement and contribute to sales performance.
• Maintain consistency in brand image and visual identity across all stores.
