Job Description:
We are looking for a Recovery Manager who can manage 90+ DPD accounts (NPA) collections ensuring target achievement and performance of the team.
Roles Responsibilities

  • Able to handle 90+ DPD accounts and to achieve set target on monthly basis.
  • Strong follow up and recovery mindset, design and review logic of field follow up for the portfolio managed towards achievement of target set.
  • Should able to do tracing for non connected customer.
  • Responsible for reaching out to delinquent consumers to collect payment for past due/delinquent loans improve recovery rates on the assigned Portfolio.
  • Drive the performance of collections team, identify areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions, and supporting the collection team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure timely allocation of cases to Collections team based on Geography and Vintage.
  • Ensure the collection efficiency through daily reports and regular reviews with the team.
  • Develop collection improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors.
  • Achieves department goals and objectives daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Will be responsible for handling Team leaders, Tele callers or FOS based at vendor premises
  • Candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate from the recognized institute
  • Candidate with at least 5+ years of experience as a recovery manager in Bank / NBFC s major expertise in NPA collection above 90+ DPD accounts
  • Should have knowledge of NBFC/ Financial institute/ Bank products such as Personal Loan, Segment/Category loans (Solar Rooftop/ Education/ Home Decor/ Health Care)
  • Proficiency in using respective collections software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Should be able to work under delivery pressure
  • Should be having strong leadership, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of banking/ non-banking collections.
