Regional Credit Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely review and approval of loan applications within regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement effective credit policies, procedures, and processes to minimize credit risks.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations) to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 8-17 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in credit underwriting or management.
• Strong understanding of credit policy development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Proven track record in managing teams responsible for credit analysis or appraisal.
