Cluster Credit Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle 4-5 branch credit managers their activities.
• File checking for document sufficiency as per the policy.
• Create the file for processing in the tracking systems.
• Handling credit tools such as CAM, reference check, Cash flow analysis.
• Doing collateral verification (Review of the credit tools to ascertains the policy compliance laid down by the bank)
• Give proper guidance to Branch credit Managers
• Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memo.
• Forwarding the eligible proposals to Regional Manager for decision.
• Coordinate with sales team and Branch managers and ensuring smooth disbursement of loan proposals
• Updating all the information's in system.
• Initiate the verifications as appropriate and suggested by the procedures
• Maintain audit and compliance
• Pre and Post disbursement
• Verification of the Post Approval Documentation along with any Subject To Condition Approval requirements.
• Ensure the completion of Risk Screening (FCU) process for all files.
• Post Disbursal Documentation
• End Use confirmation
• Responsible for collection.
