? ? ? ?Strategizing and driving collections across the region and achievement of collection targets as per budgets
??????? Developing and implementing segmented collection strategies and processes depending
on bucket/ area/ product/ customer behaviour etc.
??????? Drive team with high integrity and ensure productivity as per target
??????? Evaluating collection channel mix and efficiency to improve resolution rates
??????? Contributing to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
??????? Recruiting, coaching and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.
??????? Improve the collection cost metric, i.e., cost incurred for every rupee collected.
??????? Timely completion of operational activities across the region
??????? Compliance on code of conduct and regular audits of vendors
??????? Training, coaching and performance incentivization of the entire team.
??????? Networking with relevant stakeholders and timely feedback on portfolio quality
??????? Travelling states/locations for portfolio reviews, identifying lapses/frauds and taking preventive actions
Review, monitor and ensure entire team is 100% compliant on the ground?
Education:?
Graduate / Postgraduate
Work Experience: At least ?12-15 years in? collections
(PL and Digital Lending)
