We establish the next steps during the course to ensure Learning sticks and enable the desired competencies and Behavioural changes. We deliver 1to1 Leadership Coaching sessions, Leadership and Managerial Workshop and Behavioural engagement programs. We engage to understand the Pulse of the employees, their level of engagements and conduct a 360 analysis to arrive at the right mix of programs.
