Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for technical roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and market demands.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
