Role & responsibilities Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and align hiring strategies. • Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. • Conducting HR screening interviews and coordinating interview schedules. • Maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
