Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle NPA accounts for secured & unsecured loans
- Manage recovery in soft, hard & written-off buckets
- Conduct intensive field follow-ups and borrower negotiations
- Coordinate legal actions, SARFAESI proceedings, repossession & auctions
- Liaise with advocates, collection agencies & local authorities
- Ensure adherence to RBI norms and ethical recovery practices
- Track recovery performance and maintain MIS & documentation.
