Recovery Manager Business Loans
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Summary: Responsible for managing Business Loan recovery in Hard Bucket (90+ DPD), NPA, and Write-Off portfolios. The role involves agency handling, field collections, customer negotiations, settlement closures, and achieving recovery targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Business Loan Collections/Recovery.
- Strong exposure to Hard Bucket, NPA, and Write-Off cases.
- Mandatory experience in agency handling and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and recovery skills.
- Experience in Banks/NBFCs preferred.
